Robert Heindel, an American painter (1938-2005), created a selection of incredible paintings and drawings inspired by the London production of The Phantom of the Opera in 1986. These works of art were based on the original cast, including Sarah Brightman, Michael Crawford and Steve Barton, as well as director, Hal Prince.
