The BBC has revealed the star-studded line-up for the Platinum Party At The Palace on Saturday June 4th.
The evening will pivot around global themes that have been born, or evolved, during the breadth of Her Majesty’s reign due to extraordinary British and Commonwealth contributions including Fashion, Sport, The Environment, 70 Years of Pop Music and Musicals – the latter curated by Andrew Lloyd Webber himself.
For this iconic moment, Andrew will be joined by stars of musical theatre, including a special appearance with Lin-Manuel Miranda, alongside performances from cast and special guests of The Phantom Of The Opera, Hamilton, Six, Disney’s The Lion King and Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
The Platinum Party at the Palace will also feature performances from incomparable stars such as Diana Ross, Elton John, Alicia Keys, as well as contributions from David Attenborough, David Beckham, Stephen Fry, Julie Andrews, The Royal Ballet and many, many more.
