We had an amazing time this October with the global celebration of the music and theatre of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s, The Phantom of the Opera. Throughout the month we launched a series of exclusive collaborations and exciting events in honour of musical theatre’s most unforgettable haunting love story!
The Phantom of the Opera x MinaLima
Kicking off this year’s Phantom Fest, we collaborated with Studio MinaLima, renowned for their uniquely beautiful and intricate designs. We were thrilled to unveil three limited-edition art prints that capture the most iconic scenes and music from The Phantom of the Opera. See the full collection here.
Alongside the prints, we launched a stunning pop-up exhibition at the House of MinaLima. The exhibition, featuring rare Phantom props, is open to visitors until November 21st.
The Phantom of the Opera x Palace Skateboards
Our collaboration with Palace Skateboards brought a fresh, edgy twist to The Phantom of the Opera. Fans of both Palace and Phantom can now visit the Palace store in London or shop online at palaceskateboards.com to snag this exclusive, limited-edition collection!
ChoirCo Collective
Phantom Fest would not be complete without the power of music! In our first-ever collaboration with ChoirCo Collective, we enjoyed a stunning a cappella performance of “The Music of the Night.” Led by London-based Musical Director Erin McCullough.
This event, hosted in a candlelit building in London, with ChoirCo: Collective (London's freshest choir), was an evening of a cappella singing created in celebration of one of the West End's most iconic and long-standing shows.
Musical Con 2024
Team ALW had an amazing time at Musical Con 2024! We loved meeting so many passionate Andrew Lloyd Webber fans at our Theatreland stand. From amazingly costumed cosplayers to talented pianists, actors, and bloggers, it was a pleasure connecting with each of you. We hope you enjoyed grabbing a pin badge from your favourite musical, and we can’t wait to see you again in 2025!
Andrew Lloyd Webber Musicals Arrive at St Pancras
As a final celebration of Phantom Fest, Andrew Lloyd Webber Musicals donated a piano to St Pancras International! This new piano replaced the Rogers Piano at the Eurostar arrivals, which will soon move to Elton John’s previous spot. This will officially be named as “Phantom.”
“The Pink Pony Club” Meets The Phantom of the Opera
October was filled with creativity and music! We were thrilled to see so many of you taking part in the incredible makeup, costumes, and music creations. Including the amazing mashup of Chappell Roan’s ‘Pink Pony Club’ with Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic The Phantom of the Opera. Listen to the full version here.
