In March 2018, Andrew announced the renaming of the New London Theatre after legendary choreographer Gillian Lynne in an interview for 'The Telegraph: Legend Series'.
Last month, Andrew and Madeleine Lloyd Webber celebrated the reopening with Gillian Lynne herself. Watch the full event below:
Gillian Lynne’s extensive choreography has made her a renowned figure in the West End, including many of Andrew's musicals including Cats, The Phantom of the Opera and Aspects of Love.
The event was co-hosted by Cameron Mackintosh, who honoured the first West End theatre named after a woman.
